High level of service

Comfort is the first step to recuperation

...and a healthy and tasty diet is the first step to comfort

  • There is a generous selection of meals supplied daily in the wards and in the patient restaurant, where staff is on hand to serve you. Since April 2005, the clinic has been equipped with the very modern “cook & chill” kitchen system. Thus pre-cooked, portioned meals are brought to the ward in a special vehicle where they are made ready to eat in order to provide the optimum food quality in the patient’s room.
  • Our dietician will gladly advise you on any nutritional issues. A separate cafeteria, “Le Carré” offers family members and visitors a comfortable stay in a welcoming atmosphere.
  • We are probably one of the few, if not the only, participating clinics (clinic group) in Europe that can specify precisely for each patient exactly how many calories and which basic foodstuffs (carbohydrates, fats, proteins) are contained in the daily meal plan of each patient.

Our patient services

  • A swimming pool serves both for therapy and relaxation.
  • A patient transport service is available as needed for transfer to and from therapy.
  • A generous park invites patients and visitors of all age groups to a variety of outdoor activities.
  • We also offer a so-called “spiral path” which you can go through any time to handle grief and pain.
  • Along with material for browsing, the patient library also has other media such as audio books and music CDs.
  • We organise art exhibitions several times a year. Some 100 pictures can be viewed in the main clinic halls.
  • We are pleased that our volunteer “visiting ladies and gentlemen” actively contribute to the well-being of our patients.
  • Hairdressers and pedicurists come to the clinic. Please make an appointment at the reception desk.
