Since August 2007, the VKKD GmbH and the acute care facility Marien Hospital Düsseldorf have been managed together in a common holding company.
Our mission...
...initiates a continuing process from which patients, relatives and also all group employees profit. Thus the corporate culture, culture of debate and the necessary change processes can be positively influenced.
...does not always reflect operational reality. Rather it describes the goals pursued in our common work and action.
...cannot accomplish anything unless we try to live it together. Everyone has the right and the opportunity to advise compliance with the mission.
The mission discussion is both a challenge and motivation for every individual in the group.
